Louisiana is her native home and for two decades, she has covered everything from interviewing major Hollywood stars to covering historic hurricanes that devastated parts of south Louisiana to the murder of a beloved civil rights icon to the LSU Tiger’s national championship. In addition, she specializes in education stories and breaking news with an interest in job readiness, women’s empowerment, and health and wellness.
