Ed Zuchelli is the Managing Editor for News Channel 3-12. A Central Coast native is a proud graduate of California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism. After college, Ed worked at TV stations in San Luis Obispo, Seattle, Sacramento, and San Francisco before coming back home to work at News Channel 3-12. His wife, Lindsay, also currently works at the station as the Executive Producer.
Zuchelli works with News Channel 3-12 where he serves the station as a Managing Editor. The Central Coast native spent four years at Cal Poly working on his broadcast journalism degree. Prior to News Channel 3-12, he was working with KSBY TV in San Luis Obispo, California Area where he was serving the station as an Executive Producer. He served the station between August 2018 and June 2019.
Previously, he also worked for NBC Bay Area in San Jose, California where he was serving the station as a News Producer. He worked with the station between November 2016 and July 2018. Prior to that, he worked with KRON-TV in San Francisco Bay Area. There, he served the station as a Producer between October 2014 and November 2016.
Asides from that, he has also previously worked with KSBY TV where he was serving the station as a News Producer in San Luis Obispo, CA. He worked with the station between January 2013 and October 2014. He has also worked with Cal Poly Television where he serves the station as a Multimedia Journalist between June 2010 and June 2013. Besides all this, he worked with KABC TV in Los Angeles where he was working as an Entertainment and Health intern. There, he served the station between June 2011 and June 2012.
