Emily Elisha is an American journalist who anchors the weekday Rise & Shine and Noon newscasts on KMVT at “Rise & Shine” and “News at Noon”. Elisha became a morning/noon anchor and reporter for KMVT News in December 2019.

She was born in Virginia but has lived in southern California for the majority of her life. Emily earned a bachelor’s degree in communications with a concentration in journalism and media studies and a minor in Spanish from California State University, Monterey Bay.
Her interest is narrating stories. Emily has worked as a weekend news anchor, reporter/MMJ, producer, production assistant, and assistant editor for a local newspaper in the past. Emily enjoys going to community and church events in her spare time.
