Eric Green is an American meteorologist working for KOAT as a meteorologist since joining the station in January 2010. Previously, he worked for worked for WLWT in Cincinnati, Ohio, as a weekend meteorologist.

Green joined St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota, when he finished his high school education. He later graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Atmospheric Sciences. During college, he researched tornados in the Northern Plains, winning an undergraduate research award for his work.

Besides the weather, Green works as a wrestling coach at La Cueva High School in Albuquerque. He has worked as an assistant coach at the school since 2011. Frequently hitting car shows and the local racetracks, he profiles local cars and their owners on the Auto Ambush segment.
