Doug Fernandez is an American journalist working for KOAT as co-anchor of Action 7 News Live at 5 p.m., 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. with Shelly Ribando. He joined the station in August 2002 and has served the station for over two decades. Previously, he worked for KCAL-TV in Los Angeles as a reporter and fill-in anchor.

Previously, he worked for KCAL-TV in Los Angeles as a reporter and fill-in anchor. He worked for stations in Shreveport, Dallas, Fresno, Anniston, and Jackson before his time in Los Angeles.
