Erica Finke is an American reporter working for WISN 12 News as a general assignment and investigative reporter. Previously, she worked at WSBT in South Bend, Indiana as a weekend evening anchor and reporter.

Before joining the station in October 2023, she worked for WSBT in South Bend, Indiana as a weekend evening anchor and reporter. While there, Erica covered major stories mainly on crime and court cases such as the issue of double murders and the death of U.S. Congresswoman Jackie Walorski. She also hosted an investigative series that addressed the overdoes and deaths of patients at Praxis Landmark Recovery rehabilitation center.
Erica previously spent two years and three months in Urbana-Champaign as a news director at UI7 Newsbreak. Prior to working at UI7 Newsbreak, she served as a morning anchor and correspondent at Good Morning Illini. There, she served the station for two years and a half from August 2017 to January 2020. Finke started her journalism journey at WAND-TV as a morning news intern from January 2019 to May 2019. After that, she landed a role as a tonight intern at WTTW-TV in Chicago, Illinois from May 2019 to August 2019.
Besides this, Erica also served as a life and culture reporter at the Daily Illini for one year. Apart from working as a journalist, she served as a campus recruiting intern at Bruce Rauner Campaign for eight months. From there, Finke was hired at as a music director, collegiate president, and advisory board member at Delta Gamma Fraternity.
