Falon Brown Education

Brown attended Louisiana State University. Where she pursued broadcast journalism in 2016 graduating in 2020. While at the school, she served as an entertainment reporter for Tiger TV from January 2018 to August 2018. She was made the entertainment director until May 2019. Her duties were to manage a team of reporters and make sure they all were producing content each week. She was also in charge of hiring, training, and adjusting the biweekly payroll for her team. She also covered some entertainment events including Bloom Fest, the Spanish Town parade, Groovin’ on the Grounds, and the Baton Rouge Mac n Cheese Fest.

Brown interned with the CBS affiliate WWL-TV in New Orleans, LA from May 2019 to August 2019. Her duties included attending daily story pitch meetings, shadowing reporters, doing standups, handle equipment for reporters, among others. She was Tiger TV’s social media director from August 2019 to September 2019.
