Frank Jefferson Biography
Frank Jefferson is an American journalist working for KUSI FOX 5 as a sports producer since October 2021. Before that role, he served the station as a multimedia journalist. He joined the station in August 2017 as a sports photojournalist. Previously, he worked for KETK/FOX51 in Tyler, Texas as a news reporter for 2 years.

Jefferson joined Clark Atlanta University in Georgia in 2014 when he finished his high school education at Saint Ignatius College Preparatory High School. In 2018, he graduated with a Bachelor Of Arts degree in Communications with a focus on Radio, TV, and Film.
During his time in college, he was involved with CAUTV, the mass media arts team. As CAUTV’s sports reporter, he broadcasted football, softball, and basketball games. Further, he produced and hosted a half-hour program. While in high school, he worked in front and behind the camera at SITV. Also, he was dubbed the “renaissance man,” played saxophone in the band, and worked as a football captain.

Hailing from Fairfield, California, his love for sports grew while growing up in that state, and participated in all things basketball, track, and field. He developed his love for storytelling when he was very young. For instance, he would staple a stack of papers to generate stories for his family to read. However, his love for working on-screen and off-screen ignited when he worked for SITV at Saint Ignatius High School.
