Gina Marini is an American Anchor and Reporter working at WCHS-TV in Charleston, West Virginia as an Evening News Anchor. She joined the station in April 2022 after working for WPRI-TV.

Previously, she served as the investigative consumer reporter and news anchor at WPRI-TV in Providence, Rhode Island between March 2020 and April 2022. Before that, she was employed at WLBZ TV in Bangor, Maine as the morning news anchor and reporter from March 2017 to March 2020.
For instance, she obtained first place from the Maine Association of Broadcasters when she was operating in Bangor for the series focusing on ‘Children to the Opioid Crisis – The Untold Story’. Marini first worked in the NH1 News company in 2015 as a behind-the-scenes person but was promoted to a reporter later on.
When working in NH1, Marini was able to participate in the 2016 presidential campaigns which involved interviewing most of the candidates and reporting on most of the town hall meetings. Gina’s initial employment was at The Groton Channel as a holder of a public access in Groton Massachusetts; it is here that she realized her love for the community and the news stories.
Aside from the newsroom, Marini is a person, who likes active hobbies, outdoor ones to be more precise. She escapes in hiking taking nature walks and other related outdoor activities. Also, she is fond of shopping; she enthusiastically looks for unique pieces of clothing similar to a pirate hunter in the stores and the markets.
