Hannah Fink Biography
Hannah Fink is an American meteorologist working for FOX10 News as a meteorologist since joining the station in May 2025. Previously, she worked as a food server for Chilli’s in Mobile, Alabama, for nearly 2 years.
Hannah Fink Education
Fink joined the University of South Alabama in August 2021 after finishing her education at Woodstock North High School. In May 2025, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Meteorology with minors in Journalism and Mathematics.
During her time in college, Fink served the campus’s AtmosCenter studio and helped with recruiting endeavors for the meteorology department. She also played a significant role in arranging theFinkuniversity’s yearly Southeast Coastal and Atmospheric Processes Symposium (SeCAPS). She worked as the president of the Meteorology Club. Additionally, she spearheaded the South Alabama Diamond Girls, supporting the USA Baseball team across several seasons.
Fink worked as the lead MESONET Technician under Dr. Sytske Kimball. In this role, she made sure the practicality of 26 weather stations across the Gulf Coast area, which delivered 24/7 data vital for research and forecasting.
Fink also worked as the campus’s mascot, Miss Pawla, for three years. In this capacity, she rooted for the Jaguars at sporting events and participated in campus activities, parades, and local community events. The role helped her discover her outgoing personality and gain confidence in front of a camera, setting the stage for her broadcast career.

Fink works for FOX10 News as a meteorologist. She started her career with FOX10 as a part-timer while still in college. She officially joined the station full-time after graduating from college. Further, she looks forward to being close to the beach and away from harsh winter snows.
Fink has been fascinated with weather, especially tornadoes, while growing up in Wonder Lake, a small town in Northern Illinois just north of Chicago. While growing up, she was always ready for incoming storms and frequently cautioned family members of severe weather.
