Waldman serves as a meteorologist at KCRA 3. She came to KCRA 3 from WGRZ in Buffalo, NY where she served as an evening meteorologist from January 2017 to September 2021. During her time at WGRZ, she enclosed several conditions including intense heat waves, wind storms, and lake effect snow. She also piloted the network’s climate change coverage, becoming the first meteorologist to share important stories concerning how a warming world is affecting the region.
Waldman started her journalism career at the AccuWeather Network where she learned to forecast the weather for places all across the United States. While there, she also worked on several radio stations in Modesto, Stockton, and Truckee. Furthermore, she also made several guest appearances on ESPN and FOX Business as a weather expert during big storms.
