Heidi Hatch is an American Emmy award-winning anchor and reporter working for KUTV 2News as an evening anchor at 5, 6, and 10 pm. Previously, she worked as a morning anchor at FOX35 in Orlando.

Hatch serves as an evening anchor at 5, 6, and 10 pm on KUTV 2News in Salt Lake City, Utah. She has been with the station for more than a decade since she joined in 2011 serving as a reporter and anchor. During her period at KUTV, Heidi has covered multiple coverage including the the historical primary elections in Cleveland and the presidential election 2012. In 2017, she reported the Brian Head wildfire that destroyed pristine forestland which earned her an Emmy award.
Aside from working as an anchor, Hatch moderated the first prime-time Gubernatorial debate. She also hosts her podcast addressing issues affecting the country. Prior to working at KUTV, Heidi spent five years working at FOX35 in Orlando where she served as a morning anchor. While there, she reported extensive reports including NASA’s historic final shuttle launches and several tropical storms.
Hatch started her professional career at ABC 4 News where she served as an anchor. Later on, she was promoted to the lead investigative reporter in the Elizabeth Smart kidnapping. On top of this, she has also appeared as a guest on shows such as Good Morning America, Larry King Live, and The O’Reilly Factor. Her favorite coverage includes the 9/11 losses, the first anniversary of 9/11, and the Winter Olympics in 2002. Apart from working as a journalist, Hatch was also involved with the March of Dimes where she served as an honorary chair and spokesperson.
