Ilona McCauley is an American Meteorologist/Real Estate Agent/Teacher working for KIRO 7 News where she serves the station as a part-time Weekend Morning Meteorologist. She has been working with the station in Seattle, Washington since September 2020.

Prior to joining the KIRO 7 News team, she was working as a freelance meteorologist at NWCN in Seattle. Previously, she had also worked for KVUE-TV in Austin, Texas where she worked for the station as a meteorologist for about 14 years. In her career as a Meteorologist, she has covered a wide range of weather events which include severe weather outbreaks, ice storms, and historic flooding.
She has, in addition, contributed to severe weather specials produced by KVUE-TV and also produced a commemorative story on the anniversary of the EF5 tornado that hit Jarell, Texas in the month of May 1997. The month of September 2005 saw him being one of the most active hurricane years in the U.S. She also traveled to Houston in order to cover Hurricane Rita as it moved onshore. Ilona was first introduced to the Pacific Northwest shortly after graduating college when she accepted a position as the morning meteorologist for KDRV in Medford, OR. McCauley fell in love with the northwest.
