Jacob Hunziker is an American journalist working for WGAL as a weekend anchor on News 8 Today since joining the station in July 2025. Previously, he worked for ABC 13 in Lynchburg, Virginia, as a Good Morning Virginia reporter.

Hunziker joined Kent State University in 2015 after finishing his high school education. He studied there until 2016, when he transferred to Liberty University. In May 2019, he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting.
