Kerri Hayden Biography

Kerri Hayden is an American producer and anchor who was best known for her time at KGWN TV-5 where she served as a weekday noon anchor. She worked at KGWN for 25 years before she was fired. After being fired, she went to work for KFBC Radio as a host. The reason for her firing was that she failed to comply with the employer’s mandate for the COVID-19 vaccine.

Hayden attended Central High School where she graduated proudly and later on, she joined the University of Wyoming to study Sports Broadcasting. She worked with Wyoming News Now for almost two decades, first in production and eventually moving into the news department. She later served as an anchor and producer for Wyoming News Now at Noon.

Kerri is a die-hard Wyoming fan who believes she would not be where she is today if it weren’t for her UW mentors, Dave Walsh, and Larry Birleffi. She’s busy supporting her kids in all of their interests, including football, wrestling, soccer, volleyball, and dance when she’s not cheering on the Cowboys.
