Lee served as the evening anchor of NBC 10 Boston and NECN. She started her journalism career in Palm Springs, California in 1994 where she served as the weekend reporter and anchor. One year later, she left the station and started working for a CBS affiliate in Spokane, Washington where she served as the weekend reporter and anchor.
Later on, in 1997, she started working for WHDH in Boston where she served as the weekday morning and noon anchor. After about 4 years, she started working for the CBS affiliate in Seattle, Washington where she served as the morning anchor. In 2005, she returned to NBC Boston.
When coming to her education, Lee went to Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois where she attained her undergraduate and graduate degree in journalism. Whenever she is not working, she enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends.
