While at KRBC, she earned national attention for her “Forever Family” franchise which affected the community. Prior to working at KRBC, Lauren served as a news reporter at NBC News in Dallas, Fort Worth. While there, she was in charge of various roles such as writing scripts, executing live shots, and conducting investigative stories.
Before joining KRBC, Lauren worked as a traffic anchor, MMJ, and fill-in anchor at TEGNA in Midland-Odessa, Texas. While there, she covered multiple stories including the 2019 Midland-Odessa mass shooting. Prior to working at TEGNA, she worked as an assistant project manager at UNIFI Commerce in Dallas, Fort. while there, Ailles analyzed and developed several social media advertisements and helped with video editing.
Previously, Lauren worked for the Ryan Seacrest Foundation in Dallas as a broadcast journalist intern. During her time there, she helped organize events at the Children’s Medical Center in Dallas and conducted interviews. Lauren served the station for six months from July 2017 to December 2017 where she hosted several live shows.
She started her career as a radio talk show host at iHeartRadio in Arlington, Texas. She served the station for five months from August 2016 to December 2016. Aside from working as a journalist, Lauren worked as a model actor and a singer at John Robert Powers in Houston, Texas. She served the company for two years and one month from August 2009 to August 2011.
