Lucy Caile is an American anchor and reporter working for WCAX-TV serving as a multimedia journalist, weekend anchor, and reporter. Previously, she served as an anchor, producer, and reporter at KOMU 8 News in Columbia, Missouri.

Cailew graduated from The Bear Creek School in 2019 and then enrolled at Missouri-Columbia University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Journalism in 2023. Caile works as a weekend anchor, reporter, and multimedia journalist at WCAX-TV in Burlington, Vermont. She joined the station in June 2023 working as an MMJ and reporter for nine months. Earlier, Lucy worked in Columbia, Missouri as a digital producer at KOMU 8 News for three months. After that, she took a position as a production assistant where she edited national packages and operated a teleprompter. In May 2021, Caile served as a reporter and MMJ before later being promoted to anchor and then to producer. During her three years at the station, she covered exclusive news starting from political issues to crimes to economic developments.
Lucy began her career as an intern at Euronews in Brussels Region, Belgium. She served the station for three months from May 2022 to July 2022. Before that, she spent five months working for 417 Magazine as an editorial intern. While there, Caile was in charge of submitting story ideas, gathering news, and preparing art planning meetings.
Besides this, Caile also worked as a news editor at The Maneater in Columbia. As an editor, she was responsible for managing staff writers, editing articles, and uploading online content. She worked for ten months from March 2020 to December 2020. Apart from working as a journalist, Lucy is also involved with the non-profit organization where she serves as a director at Kappa Alpha Theta.
