Mark Armstrong is an American former sports anchor and reporter who is best known for his time working as ABC 11 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. Sports Anchor. Currently, he serves as a Franchise Partner at WOW 1DAY PAINTING.

Armstrong serves as the Franchise Partner at WOW 1DAY PAINTING since May 2021 in Raleigh Metro. Prior to this, he worked for ABC 11 Eyewitness News WTVD from October 2004 to May 2021. Prior to his tenure at ABC 11, he worked for Sinclair Broadcast Group where he served as a sports anchor from September 2002 to September 2004. He started his career at 1320 KFAN Radio where he served as a radio host from 200 to September 2002.

Armstrong went to Western University where he studied English Language and Literature from 1990 to 1991. Whenever he is not working, he enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends.
