Marybeth Conley is an American Emmy-Award-Winning Anchor/Consumer Investigator & Advocate working with WREG3 where she serves the station as an Anchor anchoring the evening news at 9. She joined News Channel 3 in the year 1986 as the station’s and city’s first consumer investigator/advocate with her feature “Consumer Watch!”

Conley works with WREG3 News where she has been serving the station since the year 1985 as a consumer investigator/advocate and anchor with her feature “Consumer Watch!” After taking several years of exposing fraud and corruption, Marybether added anchoring to her duties on the morning, noon, and 10 PM newscasts.

After her parenthood intervened, she made a move to Daybreak so that she could be a full-time mom and continue her career at News Channel 3. She teamed up with a long-time friend and colleague, Alex Coleman, in the year 2002 in order to launch News Channel 3’s Live@9 from Peabody Place. This is the show to watch if anyone needs to learn what is going on in Memphis and the Mid-South. These things range from food to politics, and arts and music.

Her title, Emmy-award-winning Anchor, comes from an Emmy shoe won for a documentary that was known as “Special Kids, Special Families.” Additionally, she is currently developing a non-profit project in order to help Mid-Southerners to return to the community from prison and obtain safe and affordable housing.
