Barcaro joined the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University in August 20023 after finishing his high school education. In May 2006, he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism, History, and Spanish.

WGAL viewers may mostly know him for his yearly reporting at the Pennsylvania Farm Show, where he’s done everything, including driving horses, milking cows, and holding newborn animals. Previously, he worked for KHBS-KHOG, the Hearst affiliate in Northwest Arkansas.
