Meghan Torjussen is an American journalist working for WMTW as an anchor of WMTW News 8 at noon, 5 p.m., and 6 p.m. Before that, she served the station as a weekend anchor and a weekday general assignment reporter. She joined the station in September 2010 and has served the station for more than a decade.

Torjussen joined Bryn Mawr College when she finished her high school education. She later graduated with a Bachelor’s degree. In September 2006, she joined Boston University where she graduated with a Master Of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism in June 2008. During graduate school, she worked as an intern at WNBC in New York City.
