Additionally, she was an intern at Knoxville Area Chamber of Commerce, an intern at WJHL-TV in Johnson City, TN, and a show host for ”ChamberZone” in Kingsport, TN.

Burdine started as a sports marketing coordinator for Red Zebra Broadcasting, ESPN Radio from July 2006 to September 2007. She then joined WKRN, Nashville, Tennessee as an anchor and reporter on March 2017, a role she held for six months to August 2017.
