Ozzy Mora is an American anchor and reporter, working with Big 2 News at KMID, in Odessa, Texas. She joined the station on October 2021, as a noon news anchor and reporter.

Ozzy Mora Career
Mora started her career in January 2012 at KABC 7-TV, On the Red Carpet Online, in the Greater Los Angeles Area as an online assistant producer. She worked there until May 2012, writing online topics for the 2012 Oscars by pitching headlines for trending topics upon approval of the executive producer. Mora also edited sounds, and logging of online trailers for ”Twilight: Breaking Dawn,” ”The Lucky One” and Boardwalk Empire”. She then joined Breal.TV, Cypress Hill Online, in the Greater Los Angeles Area, as a guest co-host from March 2012 to April 2013. There, she interviewed guest celebrities, attended promotional events, and interacted with 200+ viewers within the online show.
From January 2013 to June 2013, she worked as a producer, writer, reporter, and anchor for LVTV Television Production in the Greater Los Angeles Area. She then joined Status Media &Entertainment as a producer’s assistant from April 2013 to July 2014. There she assisted the director and producer with administrative and on-set operations for a film production company. From July 2014 to July 2018, she worked with 12 News (KPNX-TV, NBC) in Phoenix, Arizona Area as a multimedia news journalist. She was also a social media anchor for 12 Today morning newscasts and also produced three daily segments on trending topics among other duties.
For one month she served as a feature journalist for Travel Channel International in Phoenix, Arizona Area. She co-hosted a segment for the show, Ghost Adventures. From July 2018 to October 2019, Mora worked as a digital reporter for ARZA Media. In October 2019, she joined KAVU-TV as an evening news anchor and reporter in Texas. There she anchored weeknight 5 PM and 6 PM newscasts, anchored and produced 9 PM and 10 PM weeknight newscasts, among other duties. Mora joined The CW Network in Los Angeles, California, in June 2019 as a co-host. She co-hosted an episode investigating the unexplained deaths at the Cecil Hotel in Los Angeles.
Mora then joined KMID, in Midland-Odessa Area in October 2021, as a news anchor. She anchored the 11:30 a.m. and solo the 5 p.m. newscast on ABC Big 2. Mora also anchored the 9 PM hour-long newscast on Fox 24, and anchored daily Spanish news cut-in for Estrella TV. She also added content to KMID 6 PM & 10 PM newscasts and was a reporter and multimedia journalist for the general assignment and stories focused on underserved communities. Mora posted stories on the station website and was a fill-in anchor on KMID and also a fill-in producer, until May 2023. In June 2023, she began serving as an anchor for KLAS 8 in Las Vegas, Nevada, as an anchor and reporter.
