Perry Elyaderani is an American Anchor/Reporter working for KNWA-TV and Fox 24 News serving the station as a Morning News Anchor and Investigative Reporter. He has been working with the station since March 2022. Prior to this, he was working for KETK News serving the station as the Morning News Anchor and Investigative Reporter. He worked with the station from March 2021 to March 2022.

His fascination with news began at a young age when he saw journalists in his hometown of Cleveland make a difference in their community on a daily basis. He’s worked in Cleveland, Los Angeles, Raleigh-Durham, and Sarasota since then.

He became interested in health issues while in college at Elon University, where he double-majored in journalism and chemistry. While there, he received a $10,000 grant to continue his research into male depression and suicide. Changes in healthcare policy, pharmaceutical industry costs, drug trafficking, the opioid crisis, and the coronavirus pandemic are among his other research interests.

Perry enjoys photography, hiking, playing the drums, video games, and teaching people how to pronounce his last name when he is not working. He is a nerd at heart who enjoys learning and sharing other people’s stories, and he is thrilled to be working for East Texans at KETK.
