Peyton List is an American actress known for appearing in Mad Men, FlashForward, The Tomorrow People, and Frequency. List starred as Lucy Montgomery in CBS’ As the World Turns between 2001 and 2005.

The following year she appeared in Batman: Hush.

Between 2013 and 2014, List starred in the role of Cara Coburn in CW’s The Tomorrow People. Cara is one of The Tomorrow People, humans who have evolved to exhibit psionic abilities including the “Three T’s” – Telepathy, Teleportation, and Telekinesis. She became aware of her abilities when she was being bullied by a teenager. She accidentally kills him while trying to defend herself.

Specializing in Telepathy, she contacts and meets Stephen Jameson(Robert Amell) and tells him that he is one of them. Cara works as the second-in-command of the Tomorrow People. She, Stephen, and the Tomorrow People try to find the whereabouts of Stephen’s father, the most powerful of The Tomorrow People, after he disappears while looking for a place for the Tomorrow People to live. Simultaneously, they try to thwart the efforts of an organization named Ultra which pursues them.
