A Conway, Arkansas native, Raven graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a major in Mass Communication / Broadcast Journalism and minors in Anthropology and Economics. Ambers began her career in Paris, Texas where she reported and anchored for KXII-TV before moving to Austin to report at KEYE-TV. Having spent her entire career in Texas, she is excited to continue her passion for reporting in Houston.
She has been a part of award-winning news coverage and has covered a wide range of major stories from the Austin bombings to historic flooding in Central Texas. Raven loves being the first to know what’s going on in the community and telling impactful stories that make a difference. When Raven is not working, she enjoys running, trying new restaurants, exploring the outdoors, and traveling. Ambers also loves meeting new people.
