Sally’s dream of being a journalist was too big and therefore she decided to work for KABC-TV Los Angeles where she was serving as a news assistant. It was while she was there that she learned everything about the news and met her TV mentors.
Asides from that, she became a traffic producer for the morning show. It was time for her to make her dreams a reality. Sally later on joined KIDY Fox News/KXVA Fox 15 located in San Angelo/Abilene Texas. Asides from that, she also worked as a multi-media journalist, morning anchor, and weather forecaster.
Away from work, she enjoys singing, traveling, spending with her husband/family/friends, and eating delicious food. Additionally, she also enjoys giving back to the community. Asides from this, she is part of a mentoring organization called MOSTe-Motivating Our Students Through Experience, and USC’s NAI-Neighbourhood Academic Initiative.
Her biggest role model is her mother who has shown her that through hard work and perseverance, any dream is possible. Jaramillo hopes to make lots of friends in Las Vegas and inspire her new community through her stories.
