Sarah Metts is an American reporter working for WBBH-TV & WZVN-TV serving as a news anchor. Before joining the station in September 2021, she worked at WJAC News in State College where she served as a news reporter.

She started her broadcasting career in State College, Pennsylvania where she served as a news reporter at WJAC News. While there, Sarah covered multiple news including local Penn State University news, the election, and the COVID-19 pandemic. She worked for the station for two years and three months from July 2019 to September 2021.
Before working at WJAC News, Metts worked at Fox News as an intern from January 2019 to May 2019. Earlier, she spent nine months working at OwlSports Update Productions as an anchor from September 2018 to May 2019. Sarah was honored for being the best anchor and reporter for her outstanding work at the station. Besides this, she also served as a morning intern at Tribune Media from June 2018 to August 2018. Aside from working as a journalist, Metts served as a content creator at Freelance.
