Cole is a reporter, anchor, and producer working at KMTV 3 News. She is excited to join the KMTV morning show. Cole has an experience of over 25 years in broadcast journalism. She brings the experience to the KMTV News Team, for almost 20 of those years she has been in Nebraska. Prior to joining the KMTV 3 News team, she worked for WOWT in Omaha, Nebraska. During her time there, she anchored the morning and midday newscasts for nine years.
In addition to her career job, she worked at KOLN-KGIN in Lincoln, Nebraska. In the course of her time there, she served the station as the evening news reporter. Before working in Nebraska, was a reporter in Kansas City, MO; Wilmington, North Carolina and Tallahassee, Florida. Cole has perfected news writing and reporting. She believes you are blessed to be a blessing to others. This helps her to get involved with several community organizations in the Metro. She currently serves on the Susan G. Komen Advisory Board.
Cole attended high school in her hometown where she earned a Diploma in General Education. From there, she joined the college at Florida A&M University where she graduated with honors. During her leisure time, she likes traveling, Zumba, and cheering on her Kansas City Chiefs and the Huskers. She also enjoys watching her boys play sports.

She was a beautiful daughter, sister, wife, and mother who died from breast cancer at 34 years old. Our lives haven’t been the same since.”

Cole is married to her better half Todd. The two are married for over 15 years. They met when she first moved to Nebraska and the rest is history. The two are proud parents of their two sons Jordan and Tyler. They keep them busy year-round with baseball, basketball, and football.
