Shake Chatterjee is an American veterinarian, a DJ, and a reality television personality. He is popular as one of the contestants in Netflix’s show Love Is Blind Season 2, in 2021.
Shake Chatterjee Education
Chatterjee attended the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign, where he graduated with a BS in Animal Science in 2010. He then received a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Minnesota- College of Veterinary Medicine in 2014.
Shake Chatterjee Career
Chatterjee began his career as a Veterinary Assistant at Indian Prairie Animal Hospital in June 2005. He went on to work there until August 2007. In September 2008, Chatterjee joined Champaign County Humane Society as a Pre-Veterinary Intern. He then began working in the University of Illinois Small Animal Clinic as an Assistant Researcher in June 2009. Following working for 8 months, he became a Teaching Assistant. During his five-month duration, he taught Comparative Immunobiology, a graduate/advanced undergraduate course worth 4 credit hours, with around 60 students enrolled.
He also worked as a Client Services Representative. Chatterjee’s resume includes working as a researcher at the African Predator Research Organization, a Veterinary Assistant at Phillips Park Zoo, and a Veterinarian at Indian Prairie Animal Hospital. He later in December 2013, founded VETcetera LLC the company which he ran till 2018. Chatterjee also served as a veterinarian for Companion Animal Hospital Partners LLC. Chatterjee later joined season 2 of ”Love Is Blind”, where he fell in love with Deepti and they gained unsurpassed support and attention. He is expected to appear in season one of House of Villains in 2023.
