Shaun Kraisman Biography
Shaun Kraisman is an American journalist working for Newsmax TV as a host of the American Agenda News Show. He joined the station back in January 2020.
Shaun Kraisman Career
Kraisman is a host who is also an Emmy-nominated journalist who had worked with other stations prior to joining Newsmax. He previously served as a weekday evening anchor in New Orleans from 2016 to 2019. While he was still in New Orleans, he managed to receive two regional Emmy nominations, both for “Best Evening Newscast.”Due to his career, he has been able to travel the world and the country in search of stories that are considered all-time spectacular. For instance, he toured Seoul, South Korea, in 2019 whereby he was educating select high school seniors considering broadcast news as a career as well as teaching broadcast journalism for the Far East Journalism Conference.
Kraisman spent some time working in Southwest Florida where he served as a morning and noon anchor for WINK-TV in Fort Myers before his work in New Orleans. He also spent some time serving as an evening anchor and host of Living Dayton, an hour-long live lifestyle show in Dayton, Ohio. His journalism career began when he was serving as a news reporter, fill-in traffic anchor, production assistant, photographer, and audio director in Charleston, South Carolina. Kraisman attained his Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the College of Charleston and also an Associate Degree in Radio/TV Broadcasting.
Kraisman has a strong passion for engaging and connecting with people and is always notable whenever he is interacting in the studio. He was also very much lucky to be able to work for the Miss America Organization as a four-time host for the Miss Illinois State competition. Additionally, he was among the guest judges for the Miss Capital City competition in Atlanta, Georgia. He was also the presenter for the 2018 Suncoast Regional Emmy Awards in Orlando. He has also been able to emcee quite a number of events including charitable organizations, like the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the National MS Society, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and the American Cancer Society.
