Perricone joined Pace University in New York City when she finished her high school education. In 2019, she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. While in school, she studied abroad at the University of Westminster with a focus in hospitality and tourism.

Following her time in Toledo, Perricone moved to Las Vegas, where she worked as a multimedia journalist and reporter at FOX5 Vegas – KVVU. In Las Vegas, she broadcasted multiple major stories, such as the DUI crash that involved Las Vegas Raiders player Henry Ruggs. She also won an Emmy award for her special report about Nevada’s thriving cannabis industry.
After her time in Las Vegas, Perricone went on a brief hiatus from journalism, working in marketing and communications at her alma mater in New York. She is thrilled to be a part of the WTOL 11 team and welcomes any story ideas, tips, or restaurant suggestions.
