Spenser Tilus is an American journalist working for KOKI FOX 23 as the sports director since he was promoted in March 2025. He joined the station in the fall of 2021 as the weekend sports anchor. Previously, he worked for WSET in Lynchburg as the sports director.

Tilus has worked for KOKI FOX 23 as the sports director since he was promoted in March 2025. Upon joining the station, he initially worked as the weekend sports anchor. After graduating from college, he moved to Fort Collins, where he served NOCO 5 as a sports reporter for two years.
While in Fort Collins, Tilus broadcast the University of Northern Colorado, the Broncos, and Colorado St.. Next, he joined 47 ABC in Salisbury, Maryland, as the sports director, a role that allowed him the chance to cover his passion for high school sports. Moreover, he broadcast professional teams such as Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington D.C.
Following his time in Salisbury, Tilus worked in West Monroe, Louisiana, at KTVE as the assistant sports director for three years. In this role, he broadcast some of the leading college programs in the country, including LSU. After working in West Monroe, he relocated to Lynchburg, where he accepted the sports director position at WSET. There, he had the chance to broadcast Virginia Tech, UVA, and few other universities.
