Stella Porter is an American Anchor and Reporter working for WNYT News Channel 13 as a reporter and anchor. She joined the station in September 2021, after working as a weekend anchor at WSAW TV News Channel 7 in Wausau.

Porter attended Nightingale-Bamfors School in 2011 where she graduated in 2015 with a diploma. She also won the Ana Totti Modern Languages Award for Spanish study. After high school, Stella joined the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism in 2019.

Prior to joining WNYT News in September 2021, she worked as a weekend anchor and multimedia journalist at WSAW TV News Channel 7 in Wausau, Wisconsin. While there, Stella reported major news including both Trump and Biden campaigns. She served the station for two years from August 2019 to July 2021.
Earlier, Stalla worked as a reporter and assistant news director at WSUM 91.7 FM in Madison, Wisconsin. As a director, she created weekly stories and anchored the news one per week. Later on, she landed a role as a news director, anchor, and producer from September 2017 to January 2019. After that, Porter worked as a host where she presented a show called Dean of Student Life which addressed issues that affected campus students.
Stella previously served as an intern reporter at WMTV NBC 15 from May 2018 to August 2018. She started her broadcasting career at The Badger Report working as an anchor and reporter. She spent four months working for the station from September 2017 to December 2017.
Before that, Stalla worked for the GLASS: The UrbanGlass Art Quarterly where she served as an editorial intern. During her time there, she was responsible for publishing stories, writing stories, and conducting research. Previously, Porter served as a communications intern at Manhattan Country School from June 2016 to July 2016.
