Steve Burton Biography
Steve Burton is an American journalist working for WBZ CBS Boston as the sports director since April 2008. He joined the station in August 1994 as a sports anchor and reporter. Previously, he worked for New England Sports Network (NESN) as a sports anchor and reporter.

Burton joined Northwestern University when he finished his high school education at Framingham High School. He later graduated with a Bachelor Of Science degree in Communications. Also, he holds a Master’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from the university. During his time in high school, he served the school’s football team as a quarterback.
