Tanner Holbrook is an American journalist working for WZZM as a morning anchor and reporter at 13 On Your Side since joining the station in June 2024. Previously, he worked for WFIE 14 News in Evansville, Indiana as a morning news anchor.

Holbrook joined Ball State University in Indiana in 2015 when he finished his high school education. In 2019, he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Telecommunications. During college, he launched his career, serving NewsLink Indiana as an anchor and reporter. He also anchored and reported on news on WLKI-FM radio in Angola, Indiana, and interned at WKRC in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Holbrook works for WZZM as a morning anchor on weekdays from 4:30 to 7 a.m. on 13 On Your Side. At the station, he has concentrated on the community, having spearheaded morning program drive competitions over the last few years. Since 2015, the program has raised almost a million pounds.
While growing up, he watched Grand Rapids TV and is thrilled to return to his home market. He returns to Michigan after working in Indiana for multiple years. In Indiana, Holbrook joined WFIE in 2019 as a reporter. Swiftly, he climbed the ranks and was eventually an evening weekend news anchor. In 2021, he was promoted to morning anchor.
During his five-year stint at WFIE, he participated in telling numerous stories including multiple manhunts that found their way to the Tri-State region and the December 2021 fatal tornado outbreak. Most recently, Holbrook led a trip to California to broadcast a local high school band in the Rose Parade.
