Taylor Bisacky is an American Multimedia Journalist/Reporter/Anchor working for KRON4 News in San Francisco, California where she serves the station as a Multimedia Journalist. Before KRON4 News, she worked with WINK-TV in Florida serving the station as a Reporter/Fill-in Anchor.
Taylor Bisacky Career
Bisacky works with KRON4 News where she was serving the station as a Multimedia Journalist. She has enjoyed the sunny beaches of Florida working for WINK-TV. In her three years working for WINK-TV, she was privileged to cover Hurricane Irma, local high-profile gang trials, the water crisis, and many more. Asides from this, she has uncovered the dangerous and poor living conditions in the government-funded apartments. This prompted the city’s mayor to fly to Washington, D.C. to push for changes.
Prior to moving to Florida, she covered national and international stories through her education at Penn State University. Asides from this, she was an international correspondent for WPSU’s Centre County Report in Greece where she covered the refugee crisis in Athens and Lesbos, Greece. Asides from this, she has worked for the Catholic News Service, where she covered the 2015 Papal Visit to Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.
Bisacky is a former host for 46Live, a 46-hour live webcast watched in more than 100 countries that documents the largest student-run philanthropy in the world, the Penn State Dance Marathon(THON). In her work on WPSU’s Centre County Reporter, she won a national College Emmy. Later on, she obtained degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Business Marketing at Penn State.
She happens to be a Philly sports fan and a proud Philadelphia area. Taylor was raised watching 6abc(WPVI-TV) and later on interned there. Asides from this, she has spent time living in D.C. where she was interning at NBC4(WRC-TV).
Away from work, she is a huge foodie and fitness enthusiast. She states that the San Francisco Bay Area felt like a perfect fit for her new home. Bisacky states that one can probably find her exploring new menus across the city or discovering new running trails.
