Aixa Diaz is an American journalist currently working at KCRA as a Washington Bureau morning correspondent. Aixa previously worked at WESH in Orlando, FL, WXII-TV in Winston-Salem, N.C., and WPTZ-TV in Plattsburgh, N.Y. as an anchor/reporter. They are all Hearst Television’s sister stations.

Aixa has covered everything from local news and extreme weather to national and foreign headlines throughout her career, such as the Virginia Tech massacre and the Beijing Summer Olympics in 2008, the Vancouver Winter Games in 2010, and the London Summer Olympics in 2012.
