Alice Kang Biography

Alice Kang is an American Anchor/Reporter who works with NBC 5 News. She joined the NBC 5 News team in the month of August 2018 serving the station as a Morning Anchor for NBC5 News Today. 

Alice Kang Career

Kang graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Mass Communications and Hospitality Tourism Management. During Kang’s time in West Lafayette, she was an active member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority and was involved in College Mentors for Kids.

After college, she worked in Rock Island, Illinois as a reporter. Kang’s most memorable moment was having the opportunity to go along with a group of veterans on an Honor Flight to Washington, D.C. Most recently, she worked in Madison, Wisconsin, as an anchor/reporter at the NBC affiliate. She is excited to explore the Champlain Valley and can’t wait to learn more about the community and people that make the area unique.
