Amber Noggle Biography
Amber Noggle is an American journalist working for WKOW as an anchor on weeknights on 27 News at 4, 6, and 10 p.m. She joined the station in October 2011 and has served the station for more than a decade. Previously, she worked as an anchor at News 12 in New York City.

Noggle joined the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University in August 2000 when she finished her high school education. In June 2004, she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism.

Noggle is involved with the Friends of UW Health, March of Dimes, United Way of Dane County, and Badger Challenge. One of her sons was born with a congenital heart defect and underwent open-heart surgery at 11 days old. She and her son are volunteers at the American Heart Association and the American Family Children’s Hospital.

Dax was born on July 16, 2018, and is 6 years old as of 2024. She wished Dax a happy 6th birthday via her Instagram account on July 16, 2024. When Dax was born, he had Tetralogy of Fallot, a congenital heart defect, which made him undergo open-heart surgery at 11 days old.

Since May 2024, Dustin has worked as a sales manager at Spectrum Community Solution in Madison, Wisconsin. Before that, he worked for Effectiv and DefenseStorm. He has a degree in (Film & TV) Dramatic Arts, Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts.

Noggle has two sons, Dax and Xander. Her firstborn son, Dax, was born on July 16, 2018, with Tetralogy of Fallot, a congenital heart defect, in Madison, Wisconsin. When he was born, he stopped breathing and was put on a ventilator.
A few days after the incident, Dax developed an infection around his heart, started having seizures, and eventually had a stroke. He had to undergo open-heart surgery at 11 days old which repaired all four heart problems. After the surgery, he spent a month recuperating in the hospital. Before Dax, she suffered a miscarriage, making it a struggle for her and Dustin to conceive again.
