Andrew Capasso is an American Anchor working with KOLD News 13 where he serves the station as a Morning News Anchor for the Live This Morning Show. The program airs from 4:30 AM – 7 AM. He also anchors for FOX 11 Daybreak from 7 AM- 9 AM.

Capasso works with KOLD News 13 where he anchors the News 13 Live This Morning show which airs from 4:30 AM to 7 AM and FOX 11 Daybreak from 7 AM to 9 AM. He joins the station from Jacksonville, Florida where he was working as an anchor/reporter. While there, he covered stories that range from an Amber Alert for a 21-month-old boy to an exclusive interview with the Commanding Officer of the USS Iwo Jima. This was days after playing a role in the fight against ISIS.
Prior to moving to Jacksonville, he was working as the Executive Producer, Anchor, and Reporter in Baton Rouge, Los Angeles. This is where he was the first local reporter on the coast when BP’s Deepwater Horizon oil leak happened, and broke several stories in the years of covering that event. He kick-started his career working as a reporter in Bozeman, MT, and Butte.
He studied journalism and psychology at Eastern Connecticut State University in Willimantic, CT which is not far from his hometown of Marlborough. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his family and is always looking forward to winters in the desert. He also looks forward to not having to shovel snow as he did for years at home.
