Prior to working for WANE 15, he served as a reporter at CBS58 in the Greater Milwaukee Area from January 2018 to August 2023. Previously, Andy worked at WAAY-TV in Huntsville, Alabama where he served as a general assignment reporter and multimedia journalist from June 2015 to June 2016.

Prior to working at WAAY-TV, Devine served as a multimedia journalist at WGEM in Quincy, Illinois. Where there, he was in charge of writing, shooting, and editing stories and worked as a reporter for two years. He served the station for three years and one month from June 2012 to June 2015. Before working as a multimedia journalist, he served as a fill-in-assignment editor, field prouder, and assignment desk assistant at CBS Chicago. During his time at CBS, Andy was responsible for researching, gathering news, and checking facts for the station. He worked for the station from September 2010 to June 2012 where he wrote the VOSOTS for newscasts.

Andy started his career at WFMJ, the NBC affiliate in Youngstown, Ohio where he worked as a newsroom intern. He was also in charge of conducting interviews, shadowing reporters, confirming information, and providing daily news for the station. Before joining WFMJ, Devine worked as an editorial intern at Ottawa Delivered in Ottawa, where he worked from March 2010 to June 2010. While there, he was also in charge of writing stories, taking pictures, and working as an unpaid newspaper reporter. Aside from being a journalist, Andy also works as a communications specialist in None a position he got in November 2023.
