Billie Jean Shaw is a well-known American Emmy-nominated and award-winning Journalist working for WIS-TV in Columbia, South Carolina as a news anchor since August 2021. In 2017, her work was recognized by the South Carolina Senate by issuing a proclamation applauding her professionalism and service to the community. In 2019, she was selected by the South Carolina Education Association to receive the prestigious School Bell Award.
