Bryn Caswell is an American 3x Emmy Award-winning Journalist working as a News Reporter at WEWS-TV in Cleveland, Ohio. She joined the station in December 2022 after working for WKEF-TV.

Caswell attended Worthington Kilbourne High School in Ohio from 2010 to 2014. She furthered her education at the University of Alabama and got her bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication and Film in the year 2018. She was an active student leader while at the university having been the president of RTDNA Capstone Chapter and SGA Senate Campaign. Caswell was also a participant in many organizations such as; the C&IS Student Executive Council, Sorority Academic Achievement Chairlady, and the Sorority Member Council.

In her working years, she covered many events that imprinted themselves in people’s minds. She reported on the mass shooting in which 9 individuals were killed and 17 others affected in Dayton. Her reporting was so good in portraying Doudaytonians as strong and hard-working people in the wake of adversity.
Also, Caswell was a multimedia journalist for WRGT-TV in Dayton, Ohio, between May 2018 and August 2020. Before joining WRGT-TV, she worked for News 21 in Phoenix Arizona from January 2017 to August 2017 and was a reporter and anchor at WVUA 23 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama from 2016 to May 2018. She has also worked for WUVA-FM 90 radio station as a host of the Capstone Show ‘’World News with Bryn”. In the aspect of reporting, Caswell demonstrated remarkable reporting excellence that saw her clinch 3 Emmys, a prizewinner in the broadcast journalism industry. She is also a holder of two Edward R Murrow awards which clearly shows she cares for factual and rigorous journalism that changes people’s lives.
