Additionally, he anchors with Damon Singleton, Deja Brown, and Randi Rousseau every weekday morning on WDSU. prior to joining WDSU, Chad worked at FOX 8 in October of 2012 after working for five years in Baton Rouge, where he served as a Sports Anchor.
Before, he anchored News at WBRZ in Baton Rouge. While at the station he covered both the Baton Rouge and New Orleans markets simultaneously. Previously, Sabadie began his broadcasting career at WABG in Greenville, Mississippi in 2005 where he served as the Sports Director.
Moreover, Working in south Louisiana, Chad has been fortunate to cover many BCS National Championship games, Super Bowls, and also the College World Series. Covering the Saints’ first Super Bowl victory in Miami, which tops the list! Additionally, Chad was part of two baseball state championship-winning teams at PJP II in 1997 and 1998.
Since 2016 he taught as an adjunct instructor for LSU’s Manship School of Mass Communication. Where he taught courses in sports media writing and production and sports, media, and society. Furthermore, Sabadie attended Lake Castle School in Slidell and then Pope John Paul II in Slidell for high school. Later on, Chad enrolled at LSU where he graduated with Bachelor’s in communication in 2003. In 2005, he graduated with M.A. in journalism from USC.
