Chelsea Aaron is an American meteorologist working for WAFF-TV in Huntsville, Alabama serving as a meteorologist. Previously, she served as a weekend meteorologist at WVUA 23 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

After graduating from high school, Chelsea joined Alabama University in 2015 where she received a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication in 2019. She then furthered her studies at Mississippi State University where she obtained a Master of Science in Geosciences with an emphasis in Broadcast Meteorology in 2021.

In April 2019, she accepted a position as a weekend meteorologist working there for more than three years.
Earlier, Aaron served as a media writer at the Alabama University in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She served the station for five months from January 2019 to May 2019. While still working for the University, Chelsea also worked for the Shelton State Community College where she served as a soar institute math tutor. She spends two years and one month working for the station from May 2017 to May 2019.
She started her career as a weather intern at WBRC, the FOX6 News affiliate in Birmingham, Alabama. During her tenure there, she updated posts and worked together with WSI software to produce weather shows. Chelsea also worked alongside news software and attended the National Weather Service in Birmingham. She served the station for four months from May 2017 to August 2017. Over the years, Aaron has covered major weather events such as hurricanes, ice storms, floods, and tornadoes.
