Liz Hurley is an American Emmy Award-Winning anchor working for WAFF-TV as a news anchor. Previously, she served as a reporter and anchor at NBC News Channel in Huntsville, Alabama.

In addition to working as an anchor, she also serves as a producer and has created many series mainly focusing on biotech and medical topics. Besides this, Liz has also hosted various shows such as an annual Veterans Day parade and Huntsville’s live show.
Before joining WAFF-TV, Hurley worked for NBC News Channel where she served as a reporter and anchor. During her time there, she covered significant coverage including the Centennial Olympic Games in 1996. Throughout her work, Liz has been honored with multiple awards such as the Edward R. Murrow Awards by the Radio Television Digital News Association.
In 2011, she reported the tornadoes that destroyed the Alabama city and for her excellent work, she earned an Emmy Award. Hurley has also been recognized by the Alabama Broadcasters Association where she was honored with titles such as Best Reporter and Best Planned Event.
