Chris Breece is an American Director/Anchor working with CBS42 News where he serves the station as a Sports Director since July of the year 2015. Previously, he was working as a Sports Director at a CBS affiliate station, KFSM where he worked for about three years.

He went to the University of Michigan, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Communication. He furthered his education by earning a Master’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Southern California.

Breece works with CBS42 News where he serves the station as a Sports Director. This is not his first time to be covering SEC sports. He was previously working as a sports director at the CBS Affiliate station, KFSM located in Fayetteville/ Fort Smith, Arkansas where he worked for about three years. He traveled with Arkansas in the 2015 NCAA basketball tournament as well as the baseball team’s trip to the College World Series in the year 2015.
Prior to arriving in SEC county, Chris spent about two years as the weekend sports anchor/weekday sports reporter at KDRV located in Medford, Oregon. Born and raised in Flint, Michigan, he has been an avid college football fan his entire life but also enjoys other parts. While he was in college, he interned at the Golf Channel in Orlando. His job landed him a gig as an on-course spotter for CBS Sports traveling around the country for their golf coverage.
