Cindy Preszler is an American meteorologist working for WFOR-TV serving as a meteorologist since joining the station in September 2022. Previously, she worked for WFTX-TV in Fort Myers, Florida as an on-air meteorologist.

Preszler serves as a meteorologist at WFOR-TV, the CBS affiliate in Miami, Florida. Before joining the station in September 2022, she worked for WFTX-TV, the FOX 4 affiliate in Fort Myers, Florida. Cindy served the station for three years and four months as an on-air meteorologist from January 2019 to April 2022. Previously, she spent two years and two months working as a chief meteorologist, producer, and public speaker at WeatherSTL.com. There, she delivered weather coverage from December 2016 to January 2019.
Earlier, Preszler worked in St. Louis as a severe weather specialist and chief meteorologist at KSDK-TV NewsChannel 5. During her time there, she reported exclusive news such as winter storms, tornados, ice storms, and severe thunderstorms. Cindy also delivered daily radio forecasts for KTRS, Y98, and WIL. Prior to moving to St. Louis, Cindy worked for WMAQ-TV Channel 5 as a morning meteorologist from 1996 to 1998.
Cindy began her career as a morning meteorologist at WTOC-TV in Savannah, Georgia for two years. Later on, she worked for the Weather Channel in Atlanta as an on-camera meteorologist. There, she covered various weather events such as the landfalling hurricane. She also received multiple awards such as 5 regional Emmy awards. After that, Preszler moved from Atlanta to Lexington, where she worked for WKYT-TV as a chief meteorologist and public speaker.
Aside from working as a journalist, she was a marketing vice president and producer at Preszler Productions in St. Louis. She is also a member of the International Association of Broadcast Meteorology, the National Weather Association Seal, and the American Meteorological Society Seal of Approval.
